After having tried over 50 wmav2 files from various origins, they all (except
for the file provided by the bug reporter) have distorted sound due to commit
r14171.
The patch by cehoyos is just the reverted commit, and indeed once applied on

I have 9 different sample files (WMV and AVI) that have WMA2 audio that now play
back (ffplay) with a 'warbled' background sound as of commit r14171. I reversed
commit r14171 against svn [EMAIL PROTECTED] and they play back normally. I
