Just try it with
ffplay -f gif lol-giftopnm.gif
It's definitely a ffmpeg issue as a) GStreamer is just passing the raw gif data
to libavformat and b) it crashes with ffplay too

479 depends on 460, since both issues are caused by the same H.264
interlacing issues.
Note that New Zealand DVB-T has these same issues with interlacing.
