Hi
MPEG2 media file is detected as H263
File is playout correctly through VLC without any problem but when played with
FFmpeg it is detecting it as H263, thus output is not proper and lot's of error,
which are attached in file.

Uncommented the av_log's in h263dec.c and mpeg.c:
