Well, after asking smarter people than me, they suggest install from
binary. so use:
sudo apt-get update and than:

Do you have the Development Tools installed? That's where the cvs
executable comes from.
You can download the Developer Tools. However, to get the preferred
version (December 2001), I believe you'll have to become an Apple
Developer Connection member (it's free). More information is available at
