Your Apple_Terminal.src doesn't seem to support bold or invisible text. I've been setting TERM to xterm-xfree86 for a while now and it supports those as well as everything else your file does. It may not be technically correct, but it supports all of the features that Terminal provides. I've tried it out with the test programs in the ncurses 5.3 src tarball.
