The previous version compiled without any problems with the same options! I have checked almost everything and nothing has changed in the 'make' world compared to the previous version. I looked for - module in the main Makefile.am and .in but not in the corresponding subdirectories. I have

Dear Peter, I still keep getting this error at runtime: dyld: Symbol not found: __ZThn40_N5Qwt3D11SurfacePlot13setResolutionEi Referenced from: /sw/lib/libLabPlot.1.dylib Expected in: flat namespace Trace/BPT trap If -undefined suppress is not used at link time, the linker fails with the

[Fink-devel] pymol-py bus errors

Is anyone having problems with the pymol-py package. I got a report today about undefined symbols for _XF86VidModeGetViewPort referenced from libfreeglut.3.dylib in _cmd.so. I don't see this under Xcode 2.2 but on our G4s I am finding that pymol has a bus error when it gets to the point of

Thanks for your feedback. The error was due to a strange mixup of two- level and flat_namespace .dylibs, from those that were getting built. With the removal -module and correcting the above issue has resolved the matter. Many thanks. On 19 Dec 2005, at 04:02 am, Peter O'Gorman wrote:

I've puzzled out the general cause of the bus errors on the G4 here at work with pymol. Since I had two equal sized drives in the machine and the system drive was getting full, I had archived the /sw directory and moved it over to /Volumes/Data with a symlink in the root partition of the
