where I'd find out info on Darwin internals so:
How many processes do users get? Can I check this from top? Are threads

Here KDE seems to know about my printer, but nothing ever gets printed.

I try to start KDE from the >console. However, when I log into >console, the
environment variables are not set as when I use the console application.
Doesn't >console read .cshrc as does the console application?

BLT 2.4z is already in fink. "fink install blt". If you don't see it,
your fink install is probably out of date. Make sure you have performed
the jaguar update and ran "fink selfupdate-cvs".

I've installed kde 3.0.7 via the stable branch of fink packages, but I
can't start a kde session, nor in fullscreen mode nor in rootless.
i've read the /news/kde.php, i've disabled everything about Desktop
icons, wallpapers, etc. but nothing seems to solve this.
