Hi there,
Can someone tell me if FEtk will be included in Fink?
http://www.fetk.org/
I know that at least APBS may do use of it.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Dave,
yes, thanks, that error is fixed. I get a more interesting
one now:
Setting up fink-buildlock-lablgl-x11-1.04-1

gzip -dc /sw/src/lablgl-1.04.tar.gz | /sw/bin/tar -xvf -

Hello, Alan. Please add a new package request in our package requests
tracker:
If sued with a beta version of growl, Fink says:
Use of uninitialized value $growl_version in string eq at
/sw/lib/perl5/Fink/VirtPackage.pm line 1421.
Which is down to the interpretation of Growl versions in
Fink::VirtPackage. A fix would be to adapt the regexp to include 'b' in
the version
My colleague monipol has fixed this now, I believe. Can you verify
that it works?

Hi Dave,
yes, lablgl now builds properly on at least one of my
case-sensitive systems -- thanks, monipol!
cheers,

It was indeed a case-sensitive filesystem issue -- the source
directory is lablGL-1.04. It should be fixed now; please run fink
selfupdate and try again.

I'm using the rsync selfupdate.
and I got the very last release:
fink list libftgl1-shlibs

I did check out again - same result.

Ok, then. Let's notify the maintainer (cc'ed). For what it's worth,
I've been able to build libftgl1 on both 10.5/i386 and 10.5/x86_64.

I get the same error as Peter. If I just patch that superfluous
FTTextureGlyph:: away, then the package builds OK (10.6/64bit).

Thanks a lot. While I'm waiting, a more general question: I was
trying to install samba in order to see if I could access DFS shares
using smbmount. Does anyone know if that works through fink's samba?
It works on linux

In updating fink for snow leopard, you add the line NoAutoIndex:
true to the fink.conf file. After the upgrade, do you keep or remove
that line?

is not. Is it possible to request it? If yes, how?
Thanks.
