To whom it may concern, I am using fink to get installed tophat2 on osx. Atfer sudo fink install tophat2, the screens showed: Failed: phase compiling: tophat2-2.0.11-1 failed I did the fink selfupdate as suggested. The screen also showed: Package manager version: 0.36.4.1 Distribution
