Here is the printout after GnuCash crashes:
-
I can't find the default fonts needed by Guppi.
In 99% of all cases, this means that there is a problem with
your installed version of gnome-print.
-
I checked fink, and I have gnome-print 0.36-11 installed, which I think
is the latest
Check in /sw/share/fonts and see if you have:
/sw/share/fonts
/sw/share/fonts/adobe-urw.font
/sw/share/fonts/afms
/sw/share/fonts/afms/adobe
/sw/share/fonts/afms/adobe/pagd8a.afm
/sw/share/fonts/afms/adobe/pagdo8a.afm
/sw/share/fonts/afms/adobe/pagk8a.afm
/sw/share/fonts/afms/adobe/pagko8a.afm
Okay -- I checked for these files and they all appear to be there --
maybe Gnucash is looking in the wrong place?
thanks

Any thoughts? Let me know if I am being too convoluted or have provided
too little information --
Powerbook G4
OSX 10.3.4
XDarwin
Fink 0.7.0
Gnome Sawfish
GnuCash 1.8.8-12
What messages does it print to the console when it crashes?
