Do rpm -iv ....src.rpm, then edit /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/buffer.spec, and change: Copyright: GPL to License: GPL Then do: rpm -bb /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/buffer.spec BTW, what platform are you building on?
