Hi Tim:
Has there been any decision on putting out a e mail with just the pages
that were changed so a person with the manual copied for portability
(reading room bathroom) so it would be easy to just place the new page
in the manual. Kind of like the military does with there manuals.

Shortly this filter difference will be resolved. All filters,
irrespective of sampling rate, will have the exact same shape factor as
the 48000 Hz. Shortly after that, we will be able to support even
better filters if the user can live with the latency through the RX
chain and with this

Look at Wave, Properties, I think. I'm away from the PC with
PowerSDR.
I use the free Audacity sound editor to resample down to smaller
files.

Thanks to one and all who had me check out the cable. It was indeed the
cable.
Removing the covers on the rig is covered in a knowledge base article I
was pointed at. Once done, I had to get one of those star type
screwdrivers and after that, a cautious remove of the fan on the bottom
find anything out of sorts.

Dear QEX Editor:
Cornell Drentea, designer of Dentron amplifiers, and one of the many who

Dave,
You should drive your transverter from the XVTX/COM BNC connector on
the rear panel. It's my understanding that the drive level from the
XVTX/COM port is about 5 to 8 dBm. In order to use this port however,
you'll have to use the XVTR Setup form, accessible from the XVTRs
menu option on
Super Bob,
This is one of the most important operating enhancements I have
seen in PowerSDR. The performance just keeps getting better. Is
there no end in sight to all the good things you guys dream up? Now
give us a variable, manually controller notch filter, and we will
really enjoy a
The XVTX/COM port is not low power??
I would think it is but i don't have one so i am only guessing

I have a Micro Band Decoder. Is anyone using this with
their SDR-1000 or SDR-5000? If so please let me know how you
configured things. I am unable to make the device talk to the
SDR-5000 with CAT control using Vcom.

Hi folks,
I'm not sure if it's me or not but I think I found a small bug in 1.10.3
and 1.10.1 with PowerSDR and the SDR-1000.
When I have the secondary keyer set as CAT sending with the paddle
produces very choppy CW. Setting the secondary keyer to None makes the
choppy paddle sending go away
