[Flexradio] v1.10.3 and 1.10.1 CAT/Paddle CW issue

Hi folks, I'm not sure if it's me or not but I think I found a small bug in 1.10.3 and 1.10.1 with PowerSDR and the SDR-1000. When I have the secondary keyer set as CAT sending with the paddle produces very choppy CW. Setting the secondary keyer to None makes the choppy paddle sending go away
