Oscilloscope, frequency counter, and (maybe) an op-amp low-pass filter
would let you do it.

Have your system been working ok until now, and if so what changes have been
done?
There are several things you might try
1. If system has been working ok before, go back to an earlier restore point.
2. Uninstall all software you don't use
3. Update drivers, especially video drivers

I'm running windows 7 on an i5 iMac through boot camp. Installed the new

Is there a recommended procedure for cleaning the FLEX-3000 internal heat

Open the case and blow the dust out with some canned air?
Not trying to be a wise guy or anything, but if you can clean your PC of
dust, I can't see any reason why you couldn't use the same procedure to
clean your Flex.

I use my small air compressor and a big shop vac.
I take the covers off, turn on the shop vac holding the intake hose
downwind of the compressor air hose/nozzle.
Use reasonable care and you can really get the inside clean and with the
shop vac sucking up the now displaced dust and dirt, it's
