It's not really a fix. It requires constant adjustment of the AGC-T
and/or Preamp level to avoid the limiting effect on AM depending on the

We originally had a 31-band (and a 15-band) option for the EQ.
I agree 100% John!! After years in pro audio there is nothing like a graphic
EQ for voice work. Parametric is good for zeroing on on a very specific
problem are like feedback control where a single tone can be found and

I have seen posts on this problem before here on the reflector and a blurb on
the bug report. Any way the issue is that occasionally when I unkey the rig
the receive comes back very weak. All I have to do to get it back full
strength is key and unkey agn. The only other way that I have found
setting, the RX level will
stay low until I do. It doesn't seem to be an AGC time constant problem.
Like I said the rig can go for quite some time before the problem repeats itself
