Look, You have this 'type' of feature on an ICOM IC7000, which is 'manual' but could be rather well automated in a flex I guess. I haven't requested the knowledge database but is there any way to setup the PTT to RF lead time (for switching purpose) or having any kind of 'sequencer'.
