John, I'm not entirely sure how you're wanting to hook up the keyer. But if you're just trying to key the PowerSDR from MixW, you can do this by selecting CAT for the Secondary Connection in the Setup Form -> DSP -> Keyer settings. Configure the PTT and Key lines to match MixW and you should be in business.
