I am preparing to connect several Amateur Radio devices with RS232 serial
interface to my computer running PSDR. I expect to be using DDUtil to talk to
these devices. My PC only has USB ports.
What is Best USB to 4-Port Serial RS232 converter?
Please advise.

Keyspan is the most reliable I have found, rock solid on PCs and Macs.
Look on ebay and see if you can find a deal!

If yours is a conventional modern desktop PC, don't forget that you
can just plug in a card to give you serial ports. I added a card with
two serials and one parallel port for $20 - $30. Ask if you need specifics.
