I can handle this one Bob.
I'm PRIMARILY a cw op and have gone through many hours getting cw working
with the Flex.
(it always worked, just not as easy to set up as you might expect)
Not just via normal paddles but
Working smoothly with 3rd party programs such as:
DXLab Suite
DXBase
Writelog
and

Was using the keying directly in the SDR and USB/serial adapter.
I switched to keying via the com port and the keying is now 100%.
