I agree that the 6000 is shown backwards. At least it is not upside also like the 5000. The Printing on my 5000 is upside down (not really but having the coax connectors at the top of the radio makes switching antennas around much easier). My radio sits on my shelf facing left and the bottom is up. The front panel of the 6000 could have the switch etc stay there for regular folks and an extra set on the back for us not normal persons. How can I convince my wife that I need to spend 7000 bucks on a radio. Maybe I can convince my boss it is something we need for work. Hmmm Tom AC5TM
