[Flexradio] Writelog setup at my QTH

I've gotten Writelog running by using com0com, creating the virtual com pairs and labeling them so that they have common names (COM7 and COM8 instead of the tags that the software creates). You do that by launching the console, making the correctlons and saving them without the ports
