flexradio.com; however, some of the lists feed off of other lists so it may

There are no e-mail servers or has there ever been any e-mail servers

In my experience as a co-moderator of some other mailing lists ARRL
addresses just seem to be problematic. Second only to yahoo.com
addresses. The ARRL contracts out that work and it seems every few
months the contractor really stumbles. Perhaps as they have employee
turnover, etc.
