Actually, I managed to get Terragear, Taxidraw, FGSD, et al compiled
and working on a Karmic box. I tarred up the result (modified source and

Innis,
I personally have appreciated your contributions over the years.
Therefore, I hope (and recommend) that you will irregularly take
another look, for example after every major release, to see whether
the technology implementation has changed and become suita

Hi Chris,
I mailed you about a month or so ago, but didn't get a response as yet
- perhaps I mailed an old address, perhaps you were / are busy, etc, etc :-)
I was basically just wondering if you're still planning to release

Having corresponded with Innis numerous times on some Australasian scenery/AI
stuff I can say that he isn't "stomping away in a huff" as you describe it. He
has been a contributor to fg as he says for around 7 years, but not from a
coding point of view, rather models and AI networks, which I hav

Oh! Now I see it too! This was not reflection what I have seen before, I
apologize for that - I fear the b29 ;-)
So I can replace "!gl_FrontFacing" with "n.z <

Good idea - it's just that I'm slightly uncertain if all those people
who are involved into professional use of FlightGear are permitted to

Thank you very much. Can you provide me some other screens? And can you
do this with "default" livery instead of KLM? Still dusk?

mpmap02 should stay, with the default server adjusted.

Some time ago I ran across this thread:

I'd to be able to rationally explain to these folks that while FlightGear
might not be up to FSX in the eye-candy department, it essentially wipes

There seems to be a (maybe only ATI related) bug in fragment shaders. I
could not find any information about this in the list/forum/bug tracker.
Can you please check this:
Following does not work in default.frag, terrain-default.frag and
