FlightGear, but I don't found information about how change approach light
and VASI PAPI system. I only found that the definition of the VASI lights is
on the scenery file, and you can modify with TaxiDraw, but only on
Maybe the scenery is not loaded. Have you check the text console to see if
there are errors reported ? you may have a DLL path problem. OSG use DLL
plugins to decode and load scenery files ( terrain, objects and textures )
