It looks like the trademark claim is energy based, in my opinion no possible
consumer confusion between a piece of integrated software fetching a virtual
world from a computer server and natural gas drilling.

Just wanted to add a note once that a company in the U.S. is trying to
register terrasync as a wordmark. Maybe it is not worth to think
about, anyway I am not familiar with this kind of happenings. But I was
asked to post this to the list, so it’s here.
