Today's update has some cosmetic fixes to the 3D model, it now rotates
around its axises correctly. (Thanks Dave) It also has afterburner

The airspeed/mach gauge is installed and functional, although the
texture needs some work, mach readout only goes to 1.2, its blank above
that... The needle reads out KCAS, and the mach ring

I've finally switched to fgfs 0.9.10 today. I've already got my F4 up
and running under the new system.

The 2D panel requires Dave Culp's T38, I think...
Most of the 3D instruments are there, although some need
