It seems to be working, but only sometimes, The teraSync works well
but when I bring up the Atlas
window and hit l I get a box which says checking objects with the lat.-

other time nothing. It seems like it is searching
Hi,
Back again, I re flew the flight and this time the map was generated.
I gather that the map program is reading from the terasync files. It
is working well now. Thanks for this version. It makes the use of
FlightGear easy on the Mac

Hi,
If you already have scenery of that area, pressing l (small L) on
Atlas will sync the map image.

That did it - bizarre, but thanks. Odd that a 'soft' restart works
but a 'quit - start' does not.
Brgds and have a good break,

Did anybody discover the answer to this? It's (not) doing the same
thing in 1.9.0. All internal properties seem fine. just doesn't catch.
Mac version, at any rate - can't speak for the others.

The first time I tried the Seneca it wouldn't start but I shut down FG
and loaded it again and the Seneca started with no problems.
But I'm having trouble getting the Map to interpret the scenery, any
suggestions on how to do it with FG 1.9.0. Atlas works fine but there
is no map.?

Hi all,
Thanks for all of the suggestions. I finally trashed the copy of FG
that I had and redownloaded and reinstalled the FG 1.9.0-pre2 for the
Mac. Seneca II works fine now. Not sure what the problem was?

Hi,
Tried the menu-Help-tutorial and still no start. The props turn over
but don't catch. I've tried both the hot start and cold start
tutorials and the straight start and none of them work. It looks like
it's not getting gas. I've tried several other planes with no trouble,
it seems like

Check /controls/engines/engine[]/mixture-norm = 1
You also need to make sure that you have fuel pumps on and that you have a
fuel tank with fuel in it selected.
