i always dream i quite vivid audios--often complex mixes--music sounds voices -- and in color--with "documentary" scenes in black and white--sometimes "memory' scenes in b and w-- often dreams involve kind of slit and inter screens effects--with a kind of "raw" footage

Really, the very best outlet I've found is to visit a museum, stand in front of one of Stella's works, fall to your knees, and invoke that famous phrase from "Streetcar Named Desire" at full pitch throaty angst with gestures (I might add, also done in a different context by Elaine on "Seinfeld")
