Allan Kaprow passed away early this afternoon at home with his family
around
him.
He has been ill for about two years. A memorial for him will be planned
later this year.
He has influenced many, many people, not just artists

Sad news.
The famous Art 1963 - A New Vocabulary exhibition happened in October
1962 here in Philadelphia at the Gershman YMHA. In 2002 the Gershman Y
recreated that exhibition. It was amazing and a whole lot of fun.
