Very interesting stuff, reminds one of Dieter Roth. I really like the idea
of rubber stamping the works to be laminated, making them official
laminations of the ministry.

The percaso production label was founded in 1986 and still remains a small
independently managed production house today.
So...
who's idea was this in the first

Dear all
Personally I'd have called this journal Perspectives on
Human Evil and Wickedness (PHEW). An opportunity
missed in my opinion. Anyhow, this seems a timely
opportunity to reason about Terrorism which is the
theme for volume 2.
The first volume evidences an open book.
Best wishes
Chris

I'm up for contributing a page. I like the idea of doing a real/fake
anthology of historical fluxus material.

The maybes and the either/ors have bifurcated the project. Should it be two?
One where each contributor somehow makes fifty complete books, subject
Good! and Evil! then gets fifty back; or one where each collaborator makes
fifty separate/multiple pages, subject fluxlist or fluxy, for hand-bound
I'm in!!!
