I am importing data to a value mapper transformer from ms. excell
files input data source, the load of the data is ok as I can see in
the value mapper the two columns with value each column.

Well at the moment FME is single-threaded but there are advantages to
having dual processors...
1) FME can run on a processor that isn't already burdened with OS or
other processes.
2) I know that we are definitely looking at making FME multi-threaded
(the SSIS extension being the first

A quick suggestion - check the value in Excel for spaces at the end of
the value. I've had issues before where values and field names have
contained extra space characters that I wasn't aware of.
The cell format shouldn't make a difference in this case - in fact I
don't believe the Excel
