Im facing similar issue. Im
getting out of memory error, when trying to generate a report.
I have checked FAQ and tried all the
options provided there
I tried increasing Java virtual memory to
1024M and also removed page citation in the report generated. I also tried

in the lib of jre, can i change de version of xalan or xerces by code?

Yes Jeremias, I did get the FOP extension for Barcode4j working in my test
environment.
I hope to deploy it next week, but so far it is much easier to use when
embedded into the XSLT.
I'd be happy to send the extension to anyone who needs it (assuming it is

you don't say what FOP version you're using, but would you please get
the latest code (FOP Trunk) from SVN and recheck if you get any
improvements? I've just committed a fix for a memory-leak which might
improve your situation. Please report back on the results.
