Key size / Encrypting PDFs / Security level

Hi, Somebody can tell me what´s is the maximum level of encription I can have in PDFs using FOP? I searched on the Internet and could only find something about RC4 algorithm with 128bits. Is it possible to use greater sizes of keys or even different algorithms? Thanks for any help! Regards,
