File Save Editor [61756]

Howzit! I have endless problems with PSPAD after Win 8.1(64) Pro upgrade. Since the upgrade I have problems saving files. I can connect with no problem, browse and even open files. Sometimes, when trying to save i get a file sucessfully random times I get the error. Any help would be

Open selected file in default application feature fails with https:// [61= 760]

Settings in the registry can't have influence of the file name inside PSPad. It's path from where to start PSPad only. But quotes in your path are strange. PSPad name should be surrounded without spaces, followed by space and %1 should be surrounded without spaces too --
