[fossil-users] compile fossil with-tcl on openbsd

Hi All, Happy New year! Best wishes in 2017 for all of you. I'm running openbsd -current and attempting to configure fossil from trunk to compile with --with-tcl=/usr/local/bin but I get this: $ ./configure --with-tcl=/usr/local/bin/ Host System...amd64-unknown-openbsd6.0 Build
