Thanks for the report. This is a DNS problem. I have fixed it but it will take a little while for the change to propagate through the caches. Use the hardcoded IP address 66.228.54.28 in the meantime. > > fossil /version > > Segfault. Turns out any command that starts with slash segfaults. Fixed now on trunk. Thanks for the report. -- D. [fossil-users] Fossil version 2.3 - 10th anniversary edition
The current plan is to release the 10th anniversary edition of Fossil, version 2.3, on 2017-07-21. I intend to release the code that is currently found on trunk (https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/timeline?c=trunk) plus any minor bug fixes that might arise between now and the release date. There will be no new features without a very pressing need. If you have any last-minute concerns or issues, please raise them now. The trunk contains and depends on SQLite 3.20.0 beta. A branch will be available (https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/timeline?r=fossil-2.3-with-older-SQLite) that contains a version of Fossil that will work with older versions of SQLite. The pre-built binaries will be compiled from trunk and will contain SQLite 3.20.0. If the use of an beta version of SQLite concerns you, then you are welcomed to build your own binaries off of the branch. Note, however, that it is the trunk that will have been tested. For testing purposes, the latest trunk version of Fossil is running on these websites: https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil https://www.sqlite.org/src/ http://www2.sqlite.org/src/ https://www3.sqlite.org/cgi/src https://core.tcl.tk/ -- D.
