The current plan is to release the 10th anniversary edition of Fossil, version 2.3, on 2017-07-21. I intend to release the code that is currently found on trunk (https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/timeline?c=trunk) plus any minor bug fixes that might arise between now and the release date. There
