0) Save all files in book.
1) Get condition onto your Clipboard (right-click text with the condition, Copy Special Conditional Text Format).
2) Find: Paragraph Style [name of paragraph].
3) Replace: By Pasting.
4) Find and Change for one or two, then fire Replace All when you see that it's going

In Frame 9, is it possible for me to set all text of a given paragraph tag to a
particular conditional text format in a single step?
For example, I want to assign the condition Lisa Info to all paragraph tags
b1 Body1 and bu1 Bullet1, but not to paragraph tag followUp, without going
This is the way to go, but only if you want “Lisa Info” to be the only
conditional text format on the target paragraphs. If some of them are already
tagged with other conditional text formats, this procedure removes that other
tagging.

I work on our company network. At the end of each day, I delete any
unwanted files from the folder(s) I've been working in, and copy the
folders for that manual to my local drive. I know it relies on my
memory, but I've done it for so long now, it's become a habit.

I think that the idea of the FM backup files is to provide *something*
in case the current file gets corrupted in some way. It's better to lose
the last edits to a file than to have the current (possibly corrupt)
file overwrite what was a good file.

folder below the book folder to which I copy everything before each edit
