When you launch FM11, you have the block that includes Recent Items, Create New, Templates, and Resources. In Recent Items, it includes the last 8 opens, both books and files. As I never open a file without opening the book first, I'd like this banner to only show the last 8 books and not bother

John, I believe the current versions of FrameMaker (not sure when this started) allows you to save the state of what files are open and will reopen with those files automatically opening as part of the next startup process. I remember seeing this in a demo. I'm thinking it started in FM2015
