/usr/src/sys/i386/boot/netboot problem during compile

I have a problem compiling of files needed for network boot on a FreeBSD 3.2-Release. As it was writen in handbook, I have to compile nb8390.com, nb3c509.com, nb8390.rom, nb3c509.rom files to perform boot over network. But during compile a I get the following error:
