I just noticed that dvdrip does not work when PERL_VERSION=5.12.4. Ths symptom is a hang as soon as the user tries to create a new project. Here's the ps output: 150 5360 4704 1 40 0 236740 47116 umtxnI 20:00.88 /usr/local/bin/perl /usr/local/bin/dvdrip Note the umtxn.
