[patch] audio/pulseaudio should follow new databases/gdbm version

Looks like the dependence of pulseaudio on gdbm was missed. The audio/pulseaudio Makefile needs the following change, and the port should have its version bumped. I noticed this when KDE4's kontact stopped working after the gdbm update. -- Greg Rivers --- Makefile.old2011-09-12 15

It's been a while since the "latest" FreeBSD pkg repo has been updated. For example, dns/bind916 was updated to 9.16.9 ~13 days ago, but has yet to appear in the repo. Has the frequency of pkg builds changed, or is there a problem somewhere that's preventing the repo from being updated? --
