Upgrade from FreeBSD 32bit to 64bit

As per topic ... is it possible to upgrade from the 32 bit version of FreeBSD to the 64 bit version or is it better to do a new installation ? If upgrade can be done .. any URL/Links to a guide on how to do it ? ___ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org

KDE Load Problmes

I ran a CVSUP of my machine 2 days ago and during portupgrade the computer hung. I restarted finished portupgrade but now KDE stalls/stops during loading at the same spot each time ...Initalizing system Services it sits on this part then it just stops loading is the best way to describe it.
