Solved.
cd /usr/ports/net/openldap22
make install
cd /usr/ports/security/heimdal
make WITH_LDAP=yes install --missed WITH_LDAP last time
cd /usr/ports/net/samba-devel
make KRB5_HOME=/usr/local install
