my 3 CD-R :(
It is 210Mb and image is 218Mb...

Today, I tried using options "DA_OLD_QUIRKS"; it is no longer available.
Changing one or more of the RESET_?_DELAY to smaller values in usb.h should
make booting faster, but I have not had time to experiment with this.
