A programmer needs your help to get his program to compile properly on freebsd. Presently he has no problems in Linux and winblows, but I could not get it running in 4.11. This is important to me because it is the strongest free chess program available and he is even giving the source! and so

I have been running apache, postfix, postgresql on a 5.3 mashine and the only problems i have faced was with sshd and time outs and even then most of the problem was with my named.conf. 5.3 seems to be doing great! much better than the ones before it, and i am on a dual amd system. The only down

yep, I did also have an old version of putty, but I think the main problem was the dns conf and network problems, there is one windows box acting as a server on the same network that got a few viruses and started taking up all the bandwidth I found this yesterday and have tightened up security by
