Dear all:
I use the mri_convert command to transfer a analyse data into
freesurfer data,
then I use the mricro tools
(http://www.psychology.nottingham.ac.uk/staff/cr1/mricro.html )
to import the data back, but I found that the original img file and the
imported freesurfer file
are mirrored in left-right in the axial view, so which transfer is not
