O.k. I tried to zoom out and after quite a lot of
clicks I got some kind of surface, but it looked
as if I was looking at the surface from inside the
brain, I could also see something that resembles
the corpus callosum ...
The brain is a very good simulated mri brain from
mcgill university.

FINAL SURFACE and now have a set of files lh/rh.pial,
lh/rh.white, lh/rh.thickness etc.
I want to calculate the grey matter volume and I
would like to know how the data is structured (do I
just have to use the .thickness files?)
