I am very interested in a response to this. Last I knew there was only T.38
pass through and for some reason I'm not even sure it that was fully
implemented.

I'm fairly new to freeswitch, but I've been watching here for a while. We've

reloadxml just reparses the config it does not automattically tell specific
modules to reload their configuration
