a mixed format function commen for
FT_Stream_OpenGzip.
Well, this function isn't in freetype.h, but I've cleaned up all other
mix-ups of old with new style.
I realize this can be seen as silliness on my part, but it helps me
a lot. Thanks!

Have there been any changes in the abi that would cause programs to
break if the were linked with older libraries?
I guess the real question is, when was the last time this happened? I've
been reading the ChangeLogs and I don't see anything jumping out at me.

Jamfiles are only used if you build FreeType with Jam. `make' ignores
them.
I was aware of that. I was just wondering if there were differences in
the level of support given to make vs. Jam.
