I just notice that after playing a video I got a black screen instead of returning to the freevo menu. Oddly enough if I forward for the near end of the file and wait, the video finish and freevo return to the menu. If I just play the video (and never hit the fast forward), when it

BTW guys I am still actively using VDR w/ Freevo 2, although I haven't SVN updated that machine since Dischi changed some menu properties (which broke the vdrmain plugin). I am using xinelibout to remotely access the VDR server and it works awesome. I am about to get a new job so maybe I can

I recently upgraded my dedicated freevo box to freevo 1.7.1, from 1.7_rc1. I also completely removed my freevo cache, tmp, and .freevo dirs, in order to try and nail a problem I had with the recordserver. (I eventually solved it by doing an 'emerge -e world' on my gentoo box, *sigh*) Since the

The imdb helper in 1.7.1 appears to have a bug that stops it from working properly... It seems two parameters were added to setImdbId in src/util/fxdimdb.py, season and episode. This breaks the imdb helper (when run from the commandline, at least), which still tries to call the function with one
